Pay WranglerBy accessing or using Pay Wrangler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1) Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and safeguarding your credentials.
2) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, bulk extraction, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
- Do not share access with unauthorized users.
3) Features, Fees & Refunds
Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4) Intellectual Property
Pay Wrangler, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Factor 7 LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
5) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or security risks.
6) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Use at your own risk.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Factor 7 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
8) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Factor 7 LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
9) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie exclusively in state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
10) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
